Native Acres 100% Whole Wheat Berries is our brand new item that has been brought to life by customer feedback and requests! After launching our 100% Whole Wheat Flour, we learned there was a demand for the berry itself that you can store and mill at your convenience. We grew and harvested the wheat berries on our Native Acres. This is a hard red winter wheat berry that has been cleaned and has a great protein level that is great in breads/bakery items, but also for every day use in all your recipes that call for flour.
Our wheat berries are sold in bulk 12lb re-sealable bags that we can ship across the country. Now you can know where your beef AND flour come from.
