Returns Policy
We do our best at Native Acres Meat Co. to live up to our high stand of customer service. We thoroughly inspect every package of beef and seal every box with care before shipment. If there is a rare occasion that you are not satisfied with your order please email us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at hello@nativeacresmeat.com, and we will do our best to make right on the wrong. Due to our product being perishable, we are unable to accept returns.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship to physical street addresses in the United States via UPS Priority Mail Express. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using dry ice in an eco-friendly insulated package. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. If it's warm at the time of delivery, please contact us.
We currently ship orders on Tuesdays (holidays excluded). Orders must be made by 10am CST on the shipping day in order to be processed and shipped that day. Orders received after that time will be rolled to our next scheduled shipping day. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time; you will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating their package. For questions about RUSH shipping, please contact us.
*  Christmas week 2019, and New Year’s week 2020, we will be shipping on Monday instead of Tuesday.
Beef Pickup Policy
We offer free pickup for your beef order in Canadian, TX, Lipscomb, TX, and Kingfisher, OK.
* If you choose to pick up your order, please contact us at hello@nativeacresmeat.com to schedule a pickup time.
Depending on current in stock, the pickup time could be scheduled for 1 – 7 business days from your order date. Once we have your order ready, we will let you know the exact pickup address.
